Warranty Policy



What Is Covered by Warranty?

Our 5-year warranty covers heated outer walls and/or impaired corrosion properties. This warranty applies only when products are used normally and cared for according to provided instructions.

What Is Not Covered?

We do not cover products displaying visible damage such as scratches or dents, nor damage resulting from improper use, mechanical impact, accidents, post-purchase modifications (e.g., engraving), abuse, misuse, or neglect.

If your product has any defects upon arrival, please reach out to us for assistance.

If the Product Is Covered by Warranty, What Steps Will Bobber Take?

If your product is covered by warranty, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or its parts at no expense to you with a comparable item. In the event that no comparable products are available, we will contact you to explore alternative options. Please note that replacements do not guarantee an exact match in color or finish.

For products featuring custom designs, we are unable to replicate the artwork on replacement items through screen printing or engraving.
