Shipment and payment
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
If you would like to change some order details, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we could make order modifications before the item is sent.
At the moment we only ship within the U.S., but we are working hard to expand to other locations. Your order will be delivered by Amazon, please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to arrive. You could find the exact delivery date by the tracking number at Swiship web-site.
We ship all orders free of charge.
You can pay with either a credit or debit card or via PayPal.
If you wish to order more than 10 items, please contact us at email@example.com, we would be pleased to offer you special payment and shipping terms.
We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with your bobber. Unless you used it (filled it with any liquid or had it contacted with water) and if the original package is not damaged, you can return it for a refund for 30 days from the day of purchase.
To return either unused or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you further with the instructions.
Please note, that if your bobber is defective, we will refund both the product and shipping cost. If the bobber is not defective, the original shipping cost is not refundable nor the cost to ship it back.
