Coffee with milk and chocolate
What do you most often order in cafes - Americano or latte? We suggest to feel a little bit like a barista and make a delicious coffee with bitter chocolate at home.
Ingredients:
— Bitter chocolate bar – 1/3 part
— Milk – 2 oz
— Ground coffee – 1 tsp.
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath without stirring. At the same time, brew the espresso and whisk the milk with the cappuccinatore or a whisk.
Pour the melted chocolate into the glass, followed by the coffee and milk (in the order listed).
