Pasta with mushrooms in cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 person:
— Fettuccini pasta – 0.4 pounds
— Fresh mushrooms – 0.3 oz
— 10% cream – 6 tbsp
— Sweet pepper – 1/2 piece
— Butter – 0.1 pounds
— Garlic – 1 clove
— Salt, olive oil and ground black pepper – to taste
Instructions:
Add butter and olive oil to a heated frying pan. Once the butter has melted, add the finely chopped garlic. Fry it for 2-3 minutes and remove it from the pan.
Put the sliced mushrooms in the pan and wait until all the juice has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the cream and stir.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Make sure that the cream sauce does not thicken. Simultaneously cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. You can also add a couple of spoonfuls of vegetable oil.
When ready, drain the pasta in a colander, then place it on a plate and pour the sauce over it. For a more savory flavor you can add grated parmesan and basil.
