Granola with strawberries and blueberries
You can add granola as a topping to your favorite cereal or eat it separately, for example, together with yogurt. Try it, it's delicious.
Ingredients:
— Rolled oats – 1 cup
— Almonds (chopped) – 1/2 oz
— Strawberries – 0.1 pounds
— Blueberries – 0.1 pounds
— Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
— Water – 1 tbsp
— Honey – to taste
— Salt – one pinch
Instructions:
Stir in the oats, nuts and salt. Heat honey, water and vegetable oil on low heat. Remove from the stove after obtaining a homogeneous mass, combine with dry ingredients.
Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the thoroughly mixed mixture on it. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon. Then add finely chopped strawberries and blueberries and put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
